A rather sad looking Turner XCE frame.
Looks like a 98 model which has been repaired around the top tube near the head tube. Would look much better if it had had burner DH style gussets added like many early burner did when they cracked.
No shock either and highly unlikely to get a bid. If the zero was knocked off the end of the starting bid price it would be worth getting and repairing properly as they are a beautiful riding frame. I'd take it if I could get it for that much...and get it to Tassie
