it was their best iirc, my mate had it on a moser leader ax frame (the bugno one from the 91 giro and tour) looked beautifully made but the down side was they didn't make and sti/ergo type lever system for it, they borrowed campag ergo design after a while iirc.

It was nice but never the same level as Campag Record.
Brakes were a borrowed Campag or Modolo design (forget which)
Chainset was an older Chorus model
Ergos were made for them by campag.
Only stuff that seemed to be their own design was the hubs and mechs - even then, the rear mech looks like it was made by campag.

New Success is lovely stuff. If you've got the hubs too, treasure them. The whole shebang is really well made, a lot of folk saved up for months to get that groupset before 'credit cards' arrived!
Will go well on that Ciocc I reckon.

Same old, same old but like I said before, I'd have loved that Dyna Tech if it was a 54. Sounds like you've made a real score on the wheels and group set though - I wouldn't be posting here about fitting it to that Ciocc, I'd have done it by now!

The CIOCC is still up for sale and ive dropped the price
reason im selling now is purely post x-mas money blues
