Roxio Toast is hacking me off now...

..... it's not a patch on Nero, everytime I want to edit a big file down into segments it reloads the whole file and it's so time consuming, argh! Are there any better alternatives out there than this pile of crap?

Basically I take recordings from the TV on a disk and then edit them down into individual performances on the Mac, with Nero on the PC it was a doddle to do, with the Mac less so...... and this is supposed to be a media machine n'all!
