Pics to follow, but Klein Mad Chris and I popped by a bike Jumble at Rowland's Castle (West Sussex) yesterday at a strupid hour of the day, and got some great bargains and had lovely conversations with interesting old school bike shop owners and frame builders...
I picked a Kooka chainset for £25, only to find a hairline crack through the pedal thread and returned it. Don't know why i was buying it - probably in case someone on here wanted it.
Picked up the usual bits and pieces and some flouro brake cable.
Chris nabbed the bargain if the day...Gorgeous flat spoked Kysirium wheels, tyres, tubes, tools, dura ace cassette and skewers for £40! Wish I'd seen them
Worth a look and a visit and will keep an eye out for more.
Can others put listings up of their local ones as these are clearly better than you'd imagine and worth a look if not too far from home.
