Just picked up this loop frame machine which I'm assuming, from the seat, is a Hercules. Or is it a mongrel? Hub is a 1948 SA and the front rod parts bear the Phillips name. Front wheel has a dynohub. No names on the frame or chain guard although they appear to have been badly painted at some point. Intending to restore. Hercules or not?
