For a Rocky Mountain, the weld at the seat/top tube joint looks pretty ropey.
It's a 2001 frame, size 16. A 52cm c-c top tube is really short, but seems correct as RM said the horizontal top tube was 54cm.
It's really for somebody up to 5-2/3 I would say, and yet they made an even smaller size, 14.5. Just goes to show that Rocky Mountain owners had children and were rich I guess.
