Rocky Mountain Hammer frame

It's a 2001 frame, size 16. A 52cm c-c top tube is really short, but seems correct as RM said the horizontal top tube was 54cm.

It's really for somebody up to 5-2/3 I would say, and yet they made an even smaller size, 14.5. Just goes to show that Rocky Mountain owners had children and were rich I guess.

They still have children , but now they've found Retrobike, they're not quite so rich...
But that doesn't mean that they skimp on presents for their little bundles of joy, does it?

This will probably go cheap, but it would build into an excellent Christmas present for a person of around five feet and rising. 8)
