Nice components, but too me this one looks like a Kona, not a Blizzard..

I think it could be a 1993 Blizzard in a large size, probably 20 (not 17, that's not how they measured size).

What about the cable stops on the top tube? They are clearly different from a standard '93 Blizzard. Either the frame is customized, or it's a different bike.

No worries mate, it's not your eyes but my brain that worries me. It's for sure similar to the '93 Blizzard.

Also fork and stem are correct for 93 blizzard.
