Nice fork indeed, too bad about the crown though... are these really that special? (because you didn't think to get them that cheap) I once bought a whole bike with one of these in it (all original, and with some nice XT M735 bits) for 50 euros. Fork was totally undamaged and he had two crowns with it, 1" and 1.1/8" so I get to choose where to use it someday

they are the first RS and probably the first mass produced suspension forks .
special i dont know but they dont come up on ebay that often .
I need a 1 1/8 steerer anyway , so this one will have to go .
