Elastomer rot - remedy: RS or Speedsprings’ springs
Slop - your bushings
Stanchion wear - new stanchions and your wiper seals
Damper Cartridge wear - new tube, new plunger tube, your seals

Is that right?

Some of that is Mag, indy and big downhill fork, name on the tip of my tongue...

I'd not touch MCU or elastomers, I'd grab some hydrocoil spring or similar since Judy have a damper. (if a metal one anyway).

I think at the moment there are lots of people who need your parts but don’t know they do (slop, or leaky cartridge) or if they do know they may not know which ones they need or how to instal them?

There are some scattered diagrams and guidelines on here but bringing them together, highlighting what to do, would create a big pull for your parts....

I don't need to sell and I haven't got a lot, the archive has every diagram in their up to yr2000.

Though I'm unsure what the silver Alu bits in with the rigid plastic elastomer spacers, are for.

It's just a service for the uncommon parts if I happen to have them.


Which reminds me, I need to make my Judy bushing tools.
