Got me a nice pair of RockShox Judy FSX’s, carbon legs are nice and tidy but the rubbers/seals all look like they’ve had better days.
Now unfortunately I don’t have a clue where to start when it comes to servicing. ... any pointers anyone? Please? :D

They are super easy to work on

The biggest PITA is the mess those collapsed elastomers will leave behind.

So not a job for Mrs Peachy’s new kitchen table then? ;)

Ok next lazy question.....

Is there a service kit/replacement parts available anywhere?

If you want elastomers check out suspension fork parts .net

https://www.suspensionforkparts.net/esh ... xc-sl.html

Otherwise it’s springs and they aren’t always the easiest to come by, also check out your rebound cartridge as the factory ones leak - however yours are for vbrakes so a bit later than the crappy plastic cartridges in the Mk1 96 model

here is a link to some but it doesn't say if they are hard - medium or Soft springs ...well not at least in Anglo Saxon lingo

Rock Shoxs usually break up like biscuit crumbs whilst Manitou Elastomers morph into a sticky napalm goo that sticks to everything in sight, the biggest issue in both cases is getting the stantions clean as both leave a mess.

I see yours are the naked stealth Carbon.. mine are the shinny one which I'm paranoid of scratching

Cheers Spud, you’re a star.....

With some new stickers from Gil, mine will eventually be shiny too!

Re:

Love these forks. Don't lose the matt stealth look, they look ace. I might have some Yellow Judy springs knocking around. PM me if you're interested..
