I don't have a use for this any more so will let it go. Rocket Science started up in 1992, in Denver, Colorado, and manufactured boutique stems and bars, which were distributed by Joe's components.
This one is 1" (22.2mm quill) and 130mm reach. Rise is pretty flat, around 5 degrees. I think it must have faded on top over the years, but it looks good.
