Sorted Rock Shox Mag21 long travel kit

Thank you for the reply.
I doubt they got a Kit for a mag21. Some show rarely up from time to time.

You could DIY it,
The lower metal spacer (top out sleave) is just trimmed down. That is all.
So if you can trim the metal off it you can select your travel (I think you can risk it up to ~70mm, or keep it safe at 63mm Long Travel.)

The original kit also had a different spring.

The Valve Spring, that's so you can tune to a different weight, you don't need it for a LT conversion.

What you may want to do (which I don't think the kit provides other than a how to) add a bleed hole in the valve body and bore our the valve plate 9or use a 94+ plate and modify that) and alter the preload stack (they're 0.5 and 1mm Alu spacers).
These are all tuning options at the time and a modification when you go long travel DH and heavier rider setup.
Oddly it's not a tuning often done as it means getting a dremel/drill out. Most just ride as is.

I modified a few forks back in the days for my race team.
Different oil weight is also another option.

I'm also looking for mag21 tools, as over pressurizing might not work on my old mag21 sl ti fork to get the lowers separated.
Worked well when the seals were new. But unsure if will work with almost 30 year old ones.

I only had one not come apart using the pressure method, done many the past ten years) and still got many to go at for next years.

Eventually it did this year, a soak and laying in the belting hot summer sun. But that was five or so years after a first tried to get them apart.

There is an expensive set of metal rings and springs on ebay (UK) at the moment from a quick search.
