Hi, how long is the steerer? I can see "10-15cm" in the description [my Dutch isn't what it used to be ] but it looks longer than that?

is that steerer 1 1/8"? I'm looking for some forks 1" threaded and fairly long (to fit a 19" Clockwork) , although I'll have to go and measure to find out how long...
