It's a SL (titan bolts, shaft=aluminium) inform first! It was a present from my father in the 90s.

I just thought those barrel adjusters were on 1996 Judy's
and 1996 Judy SL's were yellow.

Was looking at the decals and thought I'd check out the patent the main Rockshox decal refers to.

Apologies, back to topic. Lovely fork, if only it was in yellow i'd have been interested for Zaskar build. Never seen that colour in an SL before.

Yes they are rare, I agree! Of all the years on this website I have never seen a pair for sale. I did just check out the archive and there is a catalogue for 1995 Rock Shox, and there they were. Unfortunately I think it's in German but there is a small image of the 1995 Judy SL in silver. Good luck with the sale!

Correct. In the year of introduction the SL had the same colour as the XC. The SL was equiped with the aluminium steerer, Ti bolts and.... the aluminium damper cartridge.
