I have for sale a Rock Shox Judy SL. I purchased these recently for a new project but a change of plan (a Gary Fisher) means the need to go.

Not sure of the year for these.

This for an 1" 1/8 steerer and is approx 170mm in length.

They are in generally clean condition with a few scuffs on the stanchions being touched up. There is also a very small dent on the lower part of the right hand stanchion.

The inners are in good condition.

These forks could do with a service. One of the adjusters is missing and the other is vey tight. I'm sure it's worth saving.

£40.00 posted.

Any questions let me know.

Hi,
The fork does move freely but the rebound is not great. That said I haven't put any air in it since I've had it.

I will put some air in it a bit later.

Well.....
They have cartridge system stickers on the fork legs. What does this mean to those in the know?

I'm unsure because there are two silver allen key bolts on the bottom of the legs one of which has a hole running through it.
I thought this may have been for the pump adapter?

I have been following your guide and trying to learn all about them.

the cartridge is for oil, the springing is provided by elastomers or possibly sporings but not air

Dave's right,

The cartridge is oil filled. and there'll be elastomers or springs inside.

The bolts only really hold the inner leg to the outer leg (plus the non-driveside should have access to an adjuster screw)

Ok thanks, I have taken them apart following your guide, loosened the bolts and tapped them up to release the inner legs.
