I’m likely to sell my 2009 DogsBolx frame shortly, in case anyone is looking at this and wishing away the rust, and about 15 years.
I’m not trying to detail the eBay auction (don’t think the seller is on here but shout if so), it’s a very different frame, but anyhow, might be something to consider.

Rust looks pretty bad on this, anyone seen it in the flesh?

Looks like an 18" c-t 16.5 c-c.

Would def be tempted if it was local to me and had A-head. Quill stems put me off!

That is a very attractive frame. Looks superb with that fork. Uh oh.
