Hi Bulldog

I had no luck either with a question like this re: alu frames and I tried twice. Just tumbleweed  Perhaps alu frames have no way of showing what they are, unlike steel 1's. NO lugs, frame numbers (mine's got 1), oddities, just so hard to define once stripped.
This was my last post

See if it helps you out to compare bikes. I got mine from just outside Manchester last year and was amazed at the high spec Campag parts on it (Chorus carbon STI's groupset throughout). I've rebuilt mine now and she rides very well for alu, so I decided what the heck, "sell it for £10 (being silly here but you know what I mean) OR ride a top spec bike with NO credentials

Thats why she's staying with me, "I can't imagine a cheapo alu frame being used by ANY bike builder when it's going to be kitted out with a £700 top end Campagnolo groupset.
I suspect these alu frames will be worthless not only now, but in any time to come because they can't be ID'd with any certainty. My Zeus is a real Zeus, but thats just a company name, no-one knows who made these frames before badging. Best of luck in your hunt, but I have given up ever finding out any info on these types of frames. Later buddy, yours Laz.
