I would hazard a guess that's not a blizzard or probably a Rocky Mountain at all.

I'm no RM expert but that looks a pretty basic frame to me.

I cant find any blizzard frame where the rear mech cable runs along the chain stay. But I am no expert and only have the catalogues on file to go by.

Bb cable routing and circa 3 kg weight put it into the "A frame with RM stickers" category.
