a french ritchey buff noticed that there is no cantihanger and that this frame should be "soudo brasé" ( equivalent in english ? possibly fillet brazed ? ....)

another mentionned that this "soude brasé" was actually an option so the jury is still out !

was it not only the "team" frames that were fillet brazed? who knows why there is no cant hanger, modified in 1997 when the parts were changed perhaps.

still a lovely bike. one day i want one of these or similar!

Only the Teams were fillet brazed, by Tom himself.
Very few were made , since he was busy coping with world domination; possibly only a couple a month.
The tigged ones are more common, but still well worth having.
There is no canti hanger, just a cable guide like this:
