This is my Ritchey P-21, which I purchased new directly from Ritchey USA.

Here is the rear derailleur from the P-21.

Check out the brass adjuster barrel on the cable housing. The closeup limit of my digital camera shows that it is an intricate lost wax casting, made by the same guy who did the bits for Ibis. Each of the three facets is different, two are faces and one is a mystic symbol with two fingers.

This thing is so tiny that there is no way anyone would notice without my telling them, and it's hard to appreciate it without a magnifier. The guy gave it to me at a bike show, and he said it was enough just to know what was on it, you didn't have to see it.

This also reminds me, did someone make some add on "3-D molded face" head badge back in the early to mid 90's? It was basically a screaming face with the tongue sticking out... I saw one on a bike months ago, but didn't get a chance to ask the owner about it or take a picture of it. I thought it was an Ibis part. Anybody remember?
