Ritchey P-21 front derailleur size

Anyone out there know what size a Ritchey P-21 front derailleur is?

I assuume it's a 28.6 mm clamp, down pull type-given that oldschool Ritcheys got about 27.0 mm or so seatpost diameters. Never owned one though, but one day...
