Frame measurments:
Seat tube 20 c-c/21 c- top(end of seat tube)
Head tube 5 1/4
top tube 23 -c-c
According to the 1997 Ritchey catalog the Comp is pretty much the Ritchey P 23

I have a 1997 Richey Comp frame, 18", deep metalic green, in very good condition, that is too small for me. This would be ideal, if you could use a smaller one. PM sent regarding.
