i have a Ringle dh stem to sell it 60mm long 5 degree raise 25,4mm bar and its 38,1mm steer and i am asking 40 with shipping any were

Is this designed for a cannondale headshok steerer? Thanks.

dont think so tryed it on my cannondale 1998 f900 but thay may have changed the size it was about 2mm to tight
