Ribble tip find - build ideas?

I got this Ribble Sportive Racing frameset from the tip before lockdown. It is pretty tatty, but was very, very cheap. It was missing a brake cable stop (rivets failed due to corrosion) which Danson67 was able to sort me out with. A bloke at work's Willier frameset was replaced under warranty, so he donated the seat clamp, seat post and lower bearing race to the build. The upper one was procured from eBay for a couple of quid. The tip came up trumps with a 105 wheelset (£3) and cassette. The saddle was also from the tip (£1) I'm now wondering what to do with it!

I don't need another drop-bar bike and it is a bit too big for me. I was considering a hybrid mash-up or maybe a single speed steed. What do you reckon? I could always just move it on...

TBH racing bikes of reasonable quality are pretty common at my local tip, though full carbon for under a fiver is pretty good!

Re:

Yep, full carbon frame and forks - including steerer tube and drop-outs.

The tip is in Surrey. I've had XTR and XC Pro bits from there too... Prime London commuter belt, lots of disposable income.

I'd go with singlespeed, great fun and also boosts fitness.
I assume it has vertical dropouts, so single speed will be a challenge, unless he uses a chain tensioner, which spoils the simplicity and aesthetic

I was you, I'd off load it asap if you know it's definitely the wrong size and feel it's unnecessary.

Re:

I think, if I can get a cheap pair of brake calipers, I'll give SS a go. Yes, I'll have to use a derailleur, I only have long-cage in the spares box, so it'll look a bit crap  after that it can find a new home.
