Do you have a frame & forks or poss just frame only as above? Maybe something similar of interest.

I’m 5’ 11” ish and need a top tube c-c of 55-57cm.

That’s a lovely bike, possibly too nice for what I’m after. And for me looks a bit long in the top tube.

Is that a custom build or an off-the-peg?

Top tube c-c is 57cm I’m 5’11” and a bit (maybe half inch!)
It does have a few areas of paint loss (almost like and a slight indent under the downtube (though no corresponding indication of any impact on frame or fork, so anyone’s guess) - ridden for a couple of years without issue.
It was a custom build - I have a copy of the build sheet from Mercian.
I put a 10-sp groupset on it and Royce wheelset.
Always gets comments when I’m out, but I’m somewhat constrained for space and have another couple of steel road bikes.
Not too worried whether this goes ... but as you asked for 653
