Reynolds 531 56mm or 57mm Frame / Complete bike

The frame on my sons bike has given up the ghost

He needs something to get him to and fro college etc. He needs preferably a 56mm or 57mm 531 Frame and we can swap the parts, but would consider a complete bike.

The last frame was pretty poor paint wise (less likely to attract thieves) So top condition is not that important

Anybody got anything local to Surrey or prepared to package and post for reasonable money ?

I have a single speed that i've recently built up, text below from a previous post of mine:

I have a 56cm Single speed, Vittorio Adorni columbus frame in blue, with nice pantographing on the forks as well. 52/18 geared with Campag hubs front and rear. Rear wheel is an Ambrosio (can't remember the front wheel)

I built it a few weeks ago and ran it in on a few commutes. It has drops fitted at the moment, although I haven't got round to fitting new tape yet (i have it but not fitted).

Edit: Located in Oxford so not too far - ideally looking for £150

I also have a Raleigh Royal 531 frame in 56cm with everything fitted apart from gears/wheels i.e.

frame, forks, headset, stem, bars, bottom bracket, brake levers and calipers - all original parts

looking for £70 for this. The forks are partially stripped of paint (they're chrome underneath and I gave up halfway through the job!) and would look lovely with the rest of the paint removed.
