Yeah, the heat-banding hasn't even been cleaned up.
ISTR seeing a very similar frame in the past, though I can't remember any of the builder's details. Extra BB struts/ Ti/ looptail.
Difficult to get an idea of the scale, but I reckon it's a "mini", for younger age groups - The seller reckons the wheels are 20 by 1+1/8". And the bars are quite low and lack a cross-brace.
Nice bit of experimentation in frame design.
If it had the "right" retro name on it (like Cook Bros etc?), we'd be all over it, even if it DID ride like a noodle
