Got this from a swiss colleague for a steal.. he had owned for 21 years :D
and only the second owner... Paint is not the original...but is quite tidy

Think i will return it to the original paint and colour in the spring.. even considering fitting some later wheels (better tyre choice on 17in rims)

Yeah i agree, it needs to go back to the original paint for sure.. all the panals are genuine as well which is nice. The wheel swap is pretty straight forward and requires no chassis or brake mods... so easy to return.

90/91 wheels are cheap as well (slingshot model)

The wheels can go into storage, for the day you sell it, if that ever comes!

Never ridden one, much to my shame as I have worked my way round most of the classics.

Great to see it, and great to know it will actually be used in anger!

Yes your right... its more to do with better tyre choice than looks.. the 18in wheels are so out of date with tyres..

I had a 1990 750 L slingshot new... nearly killed myself on it twice (it was my first big bike   )
Always like the slabside.. (or widowmaker as it was known in some circles)
so the other choice to make is original paint colour... they did two versions with blue.. !!

Do the red!

Mmmm its gonna be hard choice to make... blue would be my first choice.. but i think the red is the rarer colour... plus need to find someone to re-paint the panals !! with the suzuki paint codes !!
