I was looking for a mountain bike to use for the gym, and swapped this with a friend. Initially it was rather tatty. So I had it powder coated, which is quite good, with some minor blemishes. Unfortunately its too big for me and I can't get use to the ride, as I've been using racing bikes for too long I suspect.
The top tube is 58cm CTC, and the seat tube 51cm CT
Other details:
Group set mostly Campag. Chainset was a triple but granny ring removed (but still available). I was told by the original owner that the wheel hubs are Campag record, but I can't be sure.
Headset is XT Deore, and the Canti Brakes may be XT, again can't be sure.
Seat is Fizik Tundra, with a Thomson line line seat-post which has been adjusted to fit. The tires (and tubes) are semi-slicks and done less than 10 miles. Feel free to ask any questions.
I'm looking for £250, but will accept sensible offers. Based on the Wirral and am thinking local pick-up is most sensible, but happy to meet half way id not too far
