Probably the same guy over at IBC that made the effort to measure up the caps and reproduced them in quantities for his fellow bikelovers. This should be the second batch.
In the small print he states that he's an official small trader. This has a reason.
Some LBS owner saw his initial plan at the IBC forum and threatened him to go to the police (complaint:unfair competition) :roll:
