ukbikestore do the tools to remove those

No need, big big big flat head, electircal tape, some guts and a bit of hot air it went a good 50ft down the workshop!

The forks are 100% gutted now.

Ready to meet the dish washer for 90 mins so there proper clean like new!

Taking them out can be a right bloody pain. You basically have to pry them out using a flat bladed screwdriver but they are in really tight so you need to apply maximum pressure to shift them.
I found that wrapping the section of the screwdriver shaft where it rests on the side of the lowers with 12 layers of duct tape, this will prevent the s/driver from damaging the lip of the lowers.

You maybe not want to hear how i got mine out but im going to tell you anyway,up to you if you follow the same method
Place tip of screwdriver into top seal resting on the lip of the lowers.
Place knee behind in between the two and push whilst pulling down on the ends of the screwdriver and the lower leg like youre trying to bend them in half.
 Poo at explaining things
I was very surprised at how much force i had to apply to get the seals out, hence bracing it against my knee

Replacing them is easy.
Pop them in the freezer for about an hour, they will have shrunk a tiny bit making fitting a doddle.Take them out one set at a time so they dont heat up again till your finished on the lower oil seals, once theyre done you can take the upper seals out the freezer and fit them in turn.

To tap them home-Use a section of white plumbing pipe as a drift. You will need to reduce its diameter slightly so it fits into the socket the lower seals sit in,but this is easy using a bit of rough sandpaper wrapped around it[twist them against each other  ]

Check the pipe slides down into the seal seat easily, all the way to the bottom and when it does then take the seals from the freezer and gently tap them into place using the pipe as a drift.

Dont forget to dip the seals into the fork oil before fitting[it really helps them go in]
And don't forget to ensure the bushings and washers are in place before fitting the new seals
Any problems just pm Big.Eck
