For sale near me on Gumtree, have to say I've never heard of them before, but a quick Google search brings up a few similar bikes, and a pretty cool looking TT bike 8)
Looks like lower end bits on this particular bike, but carbon frame similar to the TREK Y-Frames with a RS Sid shock?

Australian design via Malaysian manufacturing.

The Reef was a lower cost version of the EPX Terrashark, then when EPX International went bust, they were sold by the manufacturer (EPMB in Malaysia) as Reef bikes and Proton Thunderbolt.

Front end is identical to the EPX Terrashark...The Terrashark had a carbon swingarm, though:


The really cool one is the EPX Roadster: belt drive to a hub gear and the rear end pivots around the BB to fold:
