Reducer shim for front mech 34.9 to 31.8

Looking for a shim to reduce clamp dia. on shimano front mech
Currently on a 34.9 dia frame but want to use it on a 31.8 dia
Seen them online but thought it might be worth asking invade someone has one that isn't needed
Also looking for a simple bolted black seat clamp as well

No shims here I'm sorry to say, but I do have a couple of front mechs in that band size going spare/cheap?

Both are Deore LX, one is M550 bottom pull/ top swing, the other is a later version but I'll have to double check the model when I'm back at home (currently in the spared bin).
