Rear mech hanging point/adaptor plate on raleigh 18/23 frame

I've got a mid 80's raleigh Esprit with the steel 18/23 frame, just doing it up for a runabout.

It has the steel sachs hurret mechs, which i'm replacing with some spare shimano 600's that i had laying about.

The frame does not have the lug on the rear dropout for the mech to bolt to, it has an adaptor plate bolted to the frame (which unfortunately is fixed to the original mech with a pivot rivet).

Is it poss to get an adaptor plate like this, with the tapped hole ready to take the usual large allen bolt that secures the rear mech?
