Rear disc conversion adapter

I'm trying to find a vintage rear disc adapter and can't remember the name of it. It had the uniball joint(?) that went on the cantilever boss and had an adjustable bar that went down the seat stay to the adapter plate at the rear dropout.

I can't remember the name of it and all my Google/eBay/retrobike searches just bring up either a flat to side mount disk adapter, how to weld braces and tabs on the rear stay of your bicycle or those cheap sketchy looking bolt on ones.

Any help would be appreciated.

hi has any one ever tried the Onza Disc brake converter as you can get it for £30. as ive been trying to get a specialised shark fin for my 98 fsr ground control comp as i hear mixed reactions about the A2Z adaptor.

I remembered it being sold by Rock and Roll bikes but I think it was also available under another brand name at one point.
