I'm looking for an older King 1" threaded headset in black (but silver would work probably) without the ubiquitous markings. I realize the newer stuff has gone retro, but I'd like to get Chris' first generation with minimal markings if possible. Posted to the States as well. Muchas gracias.

yes, it's the newer logo one. You want the no logo black (gripnut?) threaded ck. I have two no logo sets, one in red, one in silver for sale, but they are threadless...perhaps that's what Si was eluding to

Thanks for looking out. Unfortunately I do need (want really) a threaded 1". I've got a Tioga 1" on the way but King's are the benchmark for me. I'm a frequent lurker in your box of bits thread. Good stuff!
