Offered for sale Hetchins Magnum Bonum straight stays 23" frame C 1956.Renovated by Dave Marsh.Damaged chainstays rear dropouts replaced with new front forks.Reyolds 531 double butted tubes forks and stays.Round rear chainstays with elegant pencil stays.Front forks with twin plate track crown and round blades.Campagnolo dropouts with no mudguard eyes.braze on's include 2 gear cable pulleys on bottom brcket,gear cable chainstay stop and campagnolo rear gear boss on rear dropou plus 2 brake cable stops on top tube.The frame has been rechromed with 3/4 chrome front and rear forks and chrome headlugs and fork crown with magnum bonum tangs.The frame is finished in flambouyant purple with contrasting cream and red panels and red lug lining.Possibly Grade 1.
