RC100 Bottom Bracket Bearings- Anyone want any??

I don't know how pace got 20mm bearings over a 22.205mm axle then without splitting the inner race!
The splined part of the axle is 19.87mm and will not be affected by the machining- axle will be milled to allow bearing to be an interference fit that can be lightly tapped on.
I'll have a look at the other thread and see what's up but we do have some incredibly accurate measuring equipment here and the figures just don't stack up, I wasn't even going to try on the 20 mm bearing- it was obviously a mile out. All I'm saying is if a 20mm bearing don't fit it don't fit!

What are the dimensions of the bearings, we deal with a lot of companies that supply "non-standard" as standard, if you know what i mean.

I'll need to know Ø, ID & width.

Retroking, I have just re-read your post and agree that Pace used 22 mm, problem is they are now very difficult to find- I called six suppliers this morning and got the same story from them all. The best and most ecconomical solution from an engineering point is to run 20mm bearings IMO
