Rascal frame in Gator

Not being familiar with single speeds and drop outs etc, would this frame run with normal MTB kit and gearing?

The hardest thing to find will be the forks, being 1 inch. I am building a rascal and have been having problems sourcing the correct fork steerers.

I reckon the price is fair enough to be honest: these are the nicest looking of the regularly seen frames around I reckon. Although you probably have more Klein experience than me :D . But when I were a lad the gator Klein paint job was the most aspirational thing to have and I suppose it still has that appeal. I've got two paces which are awesome but they're not as cool as these.

Not my size fortunately :D [/quote]

Don't get me wrong, it is a lovely paint job, but for what you get, it is a joke. It seems like it will go for a lot, where as if you look around, you can buy a complete bike with M900 which would be better value.

Just fit pace rc30s... very easy to find 1" steerers... the 1" headsets are also easy enough to find.
I had a fully pimped gator fade rascal.. pics in my gallery if anyone is remotely interested  .
oh and when i bought it.. i paid more than £275 for the frame.
And that frame in the link is a small i think... if it measures 18" to the top of the seattube.
personally i would be put off it as the bb has been threaded.. id prefur the original press fit BB.
