That was my first thought as well...but I can't be sure. So didn't want to make any definitive statement. Wonder if there is a story behind this then???
 
Don't recognise the frameset, but that's not too bad a BIN price, lovely cranks and front/rear mech...

Perhaps this is a trade show bike where the frame isn't important, but rather all the Mavic components. It would make sense to have a nothing frame as to not draw away from the groupset. Then you can just spray the frame with the Mavic label everywhere, bringing even more attention to the brand name.

just a theory.

I concur that it looks like a show frame. Looks like a Diamond Back Arrival or a Rocky Stratos. I dig it, but no space.

cool...then we've reached a concensus...now which one of us is going to buy it

actually, if I sell a couple things in the next week or so...this will become quite tempting.
