rare Corratec

seller is not quite familiar with current prices or even with bikes at all - so I guess he thought that with 800 km on the clock its almost like new - therefor he's asking for silly money - but he forgot when this bike was new in 99 it might have cost 4.490,-- but in German marks and not in Euros :)

Corratec were always 'the bikes that time forgot' in my eyes, even when they first came out they looked painfully dated and Euro (in a bad way, not the cool way), all bright colours and pointless bendy bits (like the reverse riser/bar end bars). At that price I feel he may be putting that one back in the garage again!

This is nice..., maybe only one

now I remember where I'd seen all those curvy top tubes that seem to be the in thing right now. Corratec were doing it years ago...I'm surprised its not a patent or something, actually  :?:

Now that's quite nice, although I think it's mainly down to the guy who built that up with classy colours and not the company that allowed far too many neon abominations on this world!

Unfortunately loads of companies have done them before Corratec. When it comes to rigid frame design, very little is new!

The old RaceBows and TiBows were cool.....i have one on my B-list of wants, you don't see many of them around though.
