Raleigh Record Sprint

Hi I am finally getting round to restoring my old Raleigh Record Sprint that has been sitting around for 20+ years and plan to turn it into a single speed. I am looking for some advice as to things like bottom bracket and head set spec as I need to replace both and what gearing to go for.

Is it a 24"or 25" frame by any chance? I think every Sprint I've come across seems to have been supersized!
