I thought that this frame was from an early 1960s Boulevard Tourist, but the frame number on top of the seat lug, 528637, would suggest the early 1970s (and the headstock would be painted white on a Boulevard I believe). I'd like to know what it is so that I can build it up to how it would have looked when new
