Raleigh Free Ride AT30

Hi
A trip to the local recycling centre yielded this bike which I took off their off their hands for very little.
Wanted a retro hardtail but wasn't having much luck finding one so this will have to do,looking forward to comparing it in the runs I take my rigid trek.
Anyone supply a date for this? Anyone own one?
Would appreciate any tips on how to maintain disk brakes and front suspension as I have never owned either.
I have managed to lose the nut that holds the cable for the front disk brake,any idea where I would get a spare?

Looks like a clarkes cable disc brake.

Have one here you can have for.postage if you need spares?

No idea on age. Looks 2003-5 ish at a guess.

I typed in google the make and 2009 and a catalog was there,spec list was there,not sure how good it is?
Pretty chuffed if it is 2009 model given how little I payed for it
