Complete, straight, good condition bar the paint/chrome. Far as I can tell , it's a 1972 made it in Nottingham, last of the Reynolds 531 tubes made in England, going by the numbers. WE 3000290 (S). I've tried it my self, but too tall for me.
Was sold at 12 speed. Must have stored in a leaky shed at some point hence chrome fork blade bottms are dire to look.
I stay in North Eastern Scotland but be prepared to post.
