Answer Manitou Comp, or Mach forks, I dont know which, but they have the following attributes: canti hanger in fork brace, bolt on steerer, adjusters on top of each fork leg, one piece brace/arch, 1 1/8" ahead steerer x 215mm.
They seem to move quite well still, but I cannot vouch for their performance, also, they are a bit mucky, the decals arent perfect, and there is some residual rust on the star-fangled nut installed - looking for £30 posted or thereabouts - SOLD
