Have parts from a steel quill stem. 90mm length.
Appear well made and have a "made in Italy" stamped on them.
I've lost the bolt and the (potentially non-original) alloy top cap got destroyed during the extraction process, so you'll have to make one yourself.
If this is of any value to anyone, can put it in the post.
