quill adaptors

I've just picked up my '92 clockwork & the first step
of several is to sort out the cheap stem & bars & was wondering if buying
a quill adaptor to give me more choice is a good idea.
btw yes I'm looking for a short straight stem & short silver/black flat bar

any advise appreciated.

Quill adapters are on the heavy side, and to be honest there's still plenty of tasty quill stems out there from the likes of Ringle, Control Tech and Syncros if you look around.

Alternatively, just join the que of people looking for a Stalk or SK8

Second that, got a nice syncros on my clockwork, looks great and is not to heavy.

Get an ITM Quill adaptor if you are going to use one, at least they look quite nice! we sell them in our shop - tons better than the cheapo ones with a bit plastic plug in the top!
