Quick fixes for tired black anodised parts?

I bought a Titec Hellbent handlebar off farcebook recently and it has a few scuffs and scratches. It's that slightly textured aluminium that they and other brands liked using for bars, stems etc and anodised black.

Are there any tried and tested cheap methods for tidying these sorts of parts up? I'm thinking maybe using a sharpie marker and blending the edges of the ink in to the original finish, or perhaps a light dusting of spray paint then wiping most of it off so it fills the scratches?

Any forum wisdom on this matter would be appreciated.
